Professional Services Engineer and IT Manager EMEA at Network Appliance (NetApp), Aurora Electronics and Symantec. Post-sales implementation of data migration, backup and disaster recovery; built and ran the EMEA technical support lab; designed the Cisco WAN and LAN across the EMEA offices; managed a seven-person team, a one-million-dollar budget and 250 users; led the Novell-to-Windows NT and Exchange migrations.
Enterprise storage and data-migration architect
Through T-Systems, Fujitsu and Fast Lane, designed and migrated large enterprise storage, networking and disaster-recovery estates on NetApp (Data ONTAP, Cluster Mode, SnapMirror, SnapVault) for Shell, ING Bank and the Dutch Ministry of Defence. Delivered NetApp certification training and mentoring to operations teams in the Netherlands, India and Malaysia.
Founder, architect and full-stack developer
Switched to design and software development full-time. Under Mofiamo BV, Amsterdam, designed, built and operates two production platforms on iOS, Android and web (React Native, Expo, Firebase): Peomocracy and allGhanaians. Marketplace, delivery, payments (MTN Mobile Money with multi-currency, agent cash-in and cash-out, commission settlement), communication, governance and admin domains; more than 130 cloud functions; eleven languages; production AI features on Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude.
In Ghana, Managing Director of Migawe Technologies Ltd, a FinTech, now dormant; its work continues under Peotechnologies.
